When I first came to Germany there was so much good food and drink! I found myself growing in ways that I didn’t like, think pant size. So I had to make a change. At first that change was embracing the Vegan world. This way of eating has worked very well for my husband but not as well for me. The next alternative was to try for more energy out than energy in. This made us realize that our restaurants were too close to the house so we found great places to eat at least a thirty-minute walk away. That still wasn’t working so I asked my friend Tom about his trainer. That is how I found Felix!
Felix Weinert is a young wonderful man with an amazing way about him. For some reason I will push myself ways I never would have imagined on my own. He has that kind smile and the phrase, “Show Time!” that makes me sit up like a puppy and try to please! It is all about the core and I have found this thing that he speaks of. Every time I walk to his private studio I am a little afraid. While I am there, I am completely in the present. And, the next day I am always sore! But, under all of my indulgences are new muscles and new shapes and new strength that pleases me to my core. It is a good kind of sore!
