No Rules Lasagna

With a title like that, there is little say. But, I can show you! Pour a glass of wine, or Gin Tonic and put on the blues to get your dance on in the kitchen. Enjoy!

This one took me a while to figure out: Cottage Cheese in Germany is called Hutten Kase.

Any veggies will do but I chose Aubergine, Courgette and Pilz.

Sauce on the bottom keeps it from sticking to the pan.

Layer it in any order you see fit.

The moisture of the sauce is what cooks the noodles. European noodles don't have the frilly edges

More layers!

Cheese! Vegan options are easily found.

I still haven't figured out the oven temperature conversion so I use a 2/3 setting. Tin Foil helps the cheese not to burn. Take it off for the last 10 minutes or so.

Nothing is better than almost burnt.

Look at those layers!

Guten Appetit!
